The Current State of "Gospel Hip Hop"

These days i think Hip Hop has lost the passion it once held.

Hip Hop used to be about doing something with your life, succeeding and rising above your current situation.
Making something of yourself for greater reasons then money, drugs, sex and more attention.
I'm talking about finding the strength it takes to do something, to take a stand for truth and honesty.
Today most Hip Hop has lost it's integrity and i believe that's why we see so many people claiming Hip Hop incorrectly.

This irresponsibility also goes on in the Christian music industry nowadays.
How many times do you have to say you "rep for Christ", before you actually represent Him in a fashion He deserves?
So many people degrade Jesus' name with weak music and just as weak messages.
What kind of statement or representation does that give our loving savior?
A pretty pitiful one in my opinion. I think what we need to do is get back into the word to see how Jesus spoke and fashion ourselves after Him.
If you really pay attention when you read Jesus' words you'll see that everything He says is very thought out and powerful.
Is that what we strive for when representing Him through our music?
These are important questions we need to be asking ourselves if we claim to be doing Gods work or presenting the Gospel.

God isn't someone to be toyed with and His message isn't either.
If you are going to claim Him in your music you better claim Him in your life as well.
It's not about how many times you can talk about God or say you believe He exists.
Even the demons believe in who He is and what He can do.

What we should be striving for is presenting the reality of God and His love in a way that is worthy of Him.
Not focusing on selling cd's to youth groups, getting in christian bookstores, or doing shows in churches.
That's all fine and good but when are we going to actually start hitting the non-christian venues?
The other side is already hitting up the churches. Do you know how many Church-going teens there are who listen to music that dishonors God?
When will we take up our responsibility to follow in Jesus' footsteps and truly commit ourselves to the great commission?
The time is now, there's no reason for us to be lazy or delay.

God is not entertainment, He is a lot deeper then that.
He died to reconcile lost children with their father not to be thrown around insensitively in weak songs.
It's about time we realized the gravity of what He's done for us and act like it in our lives and in our music.

Hip Hop and Music these days...

Rappers seem to be getting overrated like kj these days.
It's good that the christian music industrys embracing some hip hop artists but i think the ones they choose to embrace are often second class.
Both christian and secular radio never play any real hip hop, this is why us underground artists are like "dude, forget them".
We don't even care anymore, it's not about the christian music industry to true emcees.
It's really just lukewarm music for a lukewarm culture.
These days it's not about honesty and being real with yourself or God anymore.. it's all about doin' what people are used to, to continue the flow.

Sometimes christians these days are more shut out to God then nonchristians.
(Mostly the people in charge who promote/play music that keeps christians happy and buyin/listening.)

Being a christian musician is not about calling yourself a christian musician, it's about being a musician who chooses to glorify God through their music and their life, while at the same time pointing out hypocrasy and bringing the truth to light for all to see.
So i leave you with this, next time you hear someone claim to be a christian musician.
Look at the fruits of their tree, in other words... the result of their actions and "ministry".

Being a Servant

Hello, all my fabulous Brothers and Sisters! I am reading (as always) an amazing book on being a servant of Christ and am simply dying to share some principles, though very basic, that I've been meditating on. Keep in mind that principles are different from methods. Methods, like mathematical shortcuts, only work because of the principles behind the methods. The methods may vary, but the principles are unchanging. And when it comes to the ministry that every believer is respectively called to, our principles should come straight from the Book. Amen?
Now here's a rockin' definition of ministry: "ministry takes place when divine resources meet human needs through loving channels to the glory of God." The ministry in Acts 3 suavely depicts this definition; check it:
"Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, "Look at us." So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk." And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them--walking, leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God.

Four important aspects of ministry are demonstrated here. The first is human need. The world is abundant with needs, so much so that the thought of it overwhelms the most sensitive of our members. We know that we are called to respond to human needs, yet we understand that it is impossible for we alone to meet every need we encounter. We may not be able to do everything, but we can do something, and the only right way for a servant of God to respond to human need is to ask the Lord what he would have them do and then do it as Jesus would so that God alone is glorified. A few things a servant should never do is to turn a blind, "professional" eye to human need, as the Levite and priest did when they saw the dying Jew on the road to Samaria. Nor is the servant to ever exploit the needs of others, using them to obtain recoginition, position, honors, or priviliges. True servants offer unconditional love; they serve whether or not there is "anything in it" for them. Finally, becoming calloused is not an option, though it happens to the best. Sensitivity and compassion are essential; breathe it in by remembering what Christ did for you, and then breathe it out to the individuals God places in your path. I will discuss human need a little more later, but, for the sake of my time at the moment, I shall move on. The second is divine resources. This means the resources comes from God. Many of us believe that we were called to be "manufacturers" instead of "distributors" of the Lord's wealth. Think of when Christ fed the five thousand. What methods did the disciples employ to solve the needs they saw? They advised Christ to send the crowds away!....where was their sensitivity and compassion? Then Philip reminded everyone that there wasn't enough money among them to feed the multitude. This is not a new thing; more people than government officials believe that "more money" is the solution to every problem. Andrew found a little boy with five loaves of bread and two fishes, but "what are they among so many?" they asked themselves--well, the disciples get an "A" for human rationality and logic; but that's not the way God wants his servants to solve problems. The disciples believed it was their responsibility to manufature the rescources, when their only real task was to entrust the manufaturing to Jesus and simply distribute what Jesus would provide!

Lessons from C.S. Lewis's Demons

An artful, old devil writing to his young, overconfident nephew about how they can win the soul of a young man using the arts of casuistry—this is the basis of C. S. Lewis’s book called The Screwtape Letters. Yet, although the text speaks in language obverse to spiritual truth, the novel has been brilliantly tailored to enlighten Christians everywhere to the reality of hell’s campaign and the need for Christians to walk circumspectly.
While the Bible instructs the Christian to take every thought captive to Christ, The Screwtape Letters makes one aware of how easy it is to become side-tracked and how even the simplest divergences can render one’s spiritual efforts ineffective. An example of this mistake was given regarding one’s prayer life. God, of course, is not visible to people; therefore one cannot really know what He like, yet people often conjure an image of Him in their minds and pray to that picture. As a result, one is not praying to the infinite, incomprehensible Being who made him but to an object or figment of his imagination. What Christians should strive for is a "real nakedness of the soul in prayer." This is primarily a personal recognition that God is beyond what one can understand, and it is an entrustment of oneself to a real, present, all-powerful Being. The goal of a demon may be to remove this trust and replace the object of one’s prayer with anything but God, but a Christian precludes the success of this scheme when he prays not to what he believes God is, but to what God knows Himself to be.
A second point to which the book gives warning is basing decisions in one’s spiritual walk on feelings. This point is illustrated in the Christian’s ignorance of the law of undulation. The law of undulation is a natural cycle that happens in both a person’s emotions and in his spiritual walk. It is a series of troughs and peaks or highs and lows that prevent the Christian from always feeling spiritually alive or always feeling spiritually numb—that is, his "mood" is always changing. The demon Screwtape attributes this phenomenon to the fact that humans, although in possession of a spirit, in habit time like animals. Screwtape writes that "while their spirit can be directed to an eternal object, their bodies, passions, and imaginations are in continual change, for to be in time means to change." Unfortunately, Christians who suddenly do not sense the Lord’s presence as strongly often panic. New Christians especially will fall away from their devotional time with the fading of their initial sensitivity or "fire." Yet Christians should know that this is not God breaking his promise to never leave his child; rather, it is His way of teaching His child to trust Him despite what he feels, to keep in prayer, keep praising, and keep obeying. The trough may involve more than a noticeable withdrawing of God’s presence. It may occur with difficult trials and testing. But it is in the trough, not the peak, that the Christian toddler learns to walk, as God, in a sense, takes away his hand, which served as an early support and incentive. It is God’s desire that His child willingly conform his own will to his Father’s, even in a state of "dryness," when blind obedience is difficult. Therefore, it is imperative that the believer understand that the trough is natural, temporary, and essential for spiritual growth; he simply needs to choose, despite the way he feels, to have faith in a God who, for His own purpose, does not always make Himself "indisputable" or "irresistible."
A third aspect regards one’s personal tenets—all of those personal beliefs that determine one’s actions. Most likely, there are always some beliefs or ideas that reside within a person that have not yet been conformed to God’s truth. For instance, Screwtape’s advice to his nephew was to give the "patient" the idea that of each day, he is "the lawful possessor of twenty-four hours"—his time is his property. While the truth stands that each moment of time is a gift to man which he can never make or possess, a mere sense of ownership causes a world of trouble. The individual would begin to feel that the time allotted to work for his employees was a severe tax on his energy and patience. He would regard the time he gave to church attendance, prayer, and Bible reading a "generous donation," and the time he spent for himself, a personal right. This is an assumption that many Christians make subconsciously before their day begins, but it must be torn down by the truth that Christians are truly committed to total service for God. He can only have one master, God or Satan. Screwtape writes, "They will find out in the end, never fear, to whom their time, their souls, and their bodies really belong—certainly not to them, whatever happens." It is important that Christians be on the lookout for wrong beliefs and ideas they hold above what God says is true. A surrendering of the small things can go a long way in freeing the Christian to serve God effectively.
The final element for my discussion is focus. God desires Christians to be concerned with both eternity and the present. Attending to eternity means that one is meditating on his eternal union with God. Attending to the present means avoiding unnecessary distractions from all other tenses of time and focusing on what requires attention now, whether that be obeying God, taking up the present cross, or giving thanks for the present pleasure. The object of Screwtape and his nephew is to insidiously weaken the effect of God’s power in one’s life by diverting his attention. Sometimes demons tempt Christians to live in the past, being beset with guilt from past wrongs, ceasing to move ahead in one’s spiritual walk while living off the glory of one’s past spiritual accomplishments, or feeling that all life’s joy can only be found in the past. However, demons may find it most effective to draw one’s attention to the future. Certainly, God desires Christians to be provident, looking ahead into the future in order to plan for the here and now, but he does not want them to dwell on it unnecessarily to the pint of fear or to place their hearts or their treasure in the future. No, that is a demon’s desire for humans. Screwtape wants a race of people who are in constant search of the "rainbow’s end," never allowing themselves to be content with the present. It is even better, Screwtape says, for a person to be filled with anxiety or hope—doesn’t matter which—for the future, just as long as he is not relying on God in the present. There is but one caution, however. While living in the present, one should avoid becoming complacent or satisified with their spiritual position but should continually strive for Christ-likeness.
The reality of sophistical demons and their insatiable craving for human failure should not cause the Christian undue fear, but it should make him aware of his need for solid, spiritual truth. The Screwtape Letters reveals how insensible humans can be, and it challenges them to take their thoughts, feelings, tenets, and focus captive and subject them to the truth and obedience of Christ.

Wake Up!!

I want to share some of the lessons I learned in reading the works of John Eldredge and C.S. Lewis, some I found profound and deeply impacting.
The heart is central to everything in life. It is the axis about which revolves each individual, God, and Christianity. It is the seat of emotion, identity, and personal motivation, creativity, memory, and courage. Unlike the cold calculative mind, the heart wrestles with far more bloody and beautiful realities. Hence those who live from their minds alone know a detached and hollow existence--they are as emotionally and physically available as a computer. The heart inchambers our deepest thoughts and beliefs which then produce and are manifested in our character. Thus, the heart is the essence of you and I. But what is the most important thing that the heart can do? What is the one thing that makes its consciousness worthwhile? The ability to love. Anything done in life without love is worth nothing, and everything in life done in love serves to make life worth living. No matter what it is that you love, you could not do it without the use of your heart. However, a condition that may not be evident to many people, believing and unbelieving alike, is that their hearts are not alive and free. Their ability to make life worthwhile is stunted. We might as well picture them bound and gagged in a dark dungeon. The individual is more or less sleepwalking through life, as if under a spell—neglectful, blind, unsuspecting. Still smiling complacently perhaps.
C.S. Lewis shares this perspective: "Do you think I am trying to weave a spell? Perhaps I am; but remember your fairy tales. Spells are used for breaking enchantments as well as for inducing them. And you and I have need of the strongest spell that can be found to wake us from the evil enchantment of worldliness which has been laid upon us for nearly a hundred years." (Weight of Glory).
One can find himself in many different kinds of spiritual bondage. Here is one test for the believer. Does the "abundant life" you’re always hearing about sound far-fetched to you? Is it something you honestly believe yourself to have found? Does the word "transformed" describe you? Or would you more readily label your experience as "forgiven." Maybe you’ve reigned in a few bad habits but more often you find yourself missing the mark. You know that you were meant to be more than you are, but the way things are going, it seems that you’ll spend the rest of your life trying and asking forgiveness for never arriving. You’ll make it to heaven, but you don’t expect to attend the awards ceremony…you never measured up anyway. You're stuck this way, and you can’t blame it on anyone but yourself.…is this how it ends? Let me say that it will be if Satan can keep you believing that this is all you’ll ever amount to—and that this is as far as Christianity goes. I hope that this isn’t the lie you’ve agreed with. I hope it’s not the spell you’re under. Because there is more to Christianity…a lot more!!
Not only did Jesus do something for you, he did something to you. His mission was to "set the captives free." Free from what? The heart that was so "deceitful and desperately wicked." The curse of sin. The part of you that always seems to sabotage your best intentions and hold you back from becoming the person God destined you to be. That part of you died with Christ. It died. It was nailed to cross with Him. "Count yourselves dead to sin."
Jesus gave you a new heart: "I will give you a new heart with new and right desires, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony heart of sin and give you a new, obedient heart." Ezekiel 36:26. Therefore "count yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus." Not only are you now spiritually alive, but did you know that your heart is good? Jesus couldn’t dwell inside it if it wasn’t…So if this is a new revelation, what does this mean for you? It means that you can dispose the lies. It means that you don’t have to be weighed down by discouragement and shame…Remember the Lion King? It’s a kid movie, I know, but it applies. Simba lost his sense of purpose; he fled from his destiny and from who he was meant to be because he believed the lies Scar fed him. In order to unveil the glory trapped inside him, he needed to be reminded of who he was:
MUFASA: Simba
SIMBA: Father?
MUFASA: Simba, you have forgotten me.
SIMBA: No! How could I?
MUFASA: You have forgotten who you are, and so forgotten me. Look inside yourself, Simba…you are more than what you have become.
SIMBA: How can I go back? I’m not who I used to be.
MUFASA: Remember who you are. You are my son, and the one true king. Remember who you are.
Wake up from the spell. You can’t glorify God while you are dragging your feet in your failures. Don’t hide your light under the bushel anymore. Understand that your heart bears a glory, and the purpose of Christ’s death and resurrection was to restore that glory. It isn’t prideful to desire this glory because it is a reflected glory…and when you shine, your Father shines—and that is essential! Excuse the use of fairytale again, but remember Aragorn? His glory was truly unveiled when he took up the sword that was reforged to assume his rightful place as defender and King of Gondor…and wasn’t it badly needed?—Yes, it was essential to the success of the fellowship’s mission and essential to restoring the kingdom Denethor had neglected. In our own Story, the restoration of your glory is just as essential. It's essential to the spread of God's glory. It's essential to effectively supporting the body of Christ. It's essential to all of the ways that your heart is supposed to function...And it may begin with remembering who you are in Christ.

There are many entrances by which individuals enter into a life of homosexuality. Often, the decision is influenced by one’s social environment—a lack of understanding or acceptance that causes one to question their original design. Other times, homosexuality is simply another type of sexual perversion someone hasn’t tried yet.
Within our family—and I am referring to believer relations—there should be no dispute that a homosexual lifestyle is wrong. It exists in our era for the same reasons it existed in Biblical times—not because of a queer gene, but because of a heart tainted by sin.

Romans 1:24-26: "So God let them go ahead and do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other's bodies( 25)Instead of believing what they knew was the truth about God, they deliberately chose to believe lies. So they worshiped the things God made but not the Creator himself, who is to be praised forever. Amen.
(26)That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. (27)And the men, instead of having normal sexual relationships with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men and, as a result, suffered within themselves the penalty they so richly deserved."

How many times do you hear people telling themselves and each other that being gay is something one has to "accept," as if it is a condition outside of one’s own choosing. The fact is that adopting a gay lifestyle elicits guilt; thus, justification for the pursuance is greatly desired---Hence all of the studies conducted to find some excuse in the design of the human body. One study conducted in 1993 by molecular geneticist Dean Hamer alleged to have found a similarity or link in the q28 region of the X chromosome in homosexual males. As "exciting" as his title and finding may sound, it is beyond our research abilities to claim that a behavioral trait, as opposed to a physiological one like eye color, can be determined by a single gene. Biologically speaking, behavioral traits are influenced by a number of genes interacting together, conditions inside the womb, and postnatal viruses. Outside of biological programming, behavior takes its cues from the environment through learning processes. Thus, behavior is hardly considered genetic. According to Brian Suarez, a psychiatric researcher, "at least 8,000 people would be required for a study to confirm a behavioral trait as genetic."
Going back to Hamer’s research, a more extensive study was done to reproduce his results but concluded this: "It is unclear why our results are so discrepant from Hamer’s original study. Because our study was larger than that of Hamer et al., we certainly had adequate power to detect a genetic effect as large as was reported in that study. Nonetheless, our data do not support the presence of a gene of large effect influencing sexual orientation at position Xq28." These studies were done in the mid 90s, but nothing much has changed. These days the brilliance we rely on resorts to scrutinizing fruit flies; at least they caution the public not to use their findings as proof. Unable to present solid evidences, the American Psychological Association cowers behind the "well, it’s very complex…" speech. Politicians seem to be the only ones who can speak confidently about it.
Many members of the gay community recognize that one is not "born gay" but adapts to a certain sexual orientation. This is the stance of Kate Kendall, director of the National Center for Lesbian Rights. Though it’s practically a social illegality, there are many ex-gays. That’s because the lifestyle is indeed a choice. There is only one behavioral trait that a human being can be born with that would influence a decision to be gay, and that trait is sin. Moreover, every human conceived after the fall was born SIN positive, and it is a fatal disease. Like any other sin we commit, homosexuality is simply a manifestation of this disease. It is certainly not cause for hate, persecution, or rejection, which, I am ashamed to say, is not exclusive to the unbelieving world. I believe that we are to defend the structure of the family and the truth about homosexuality, but we are to love the gay community with all of the tenderness that Jesus would, pointing them to Him, their hope and cure, as He has been ours.

The Real Agenda of the Peace Movement

Liberalistic unity will not bring anyone closer to anything but complete anarchy.
You will only find true hope and peace through the Creator of everything. (Including war)
There is a time and purpose for everything He has made, no matter how hard we try to ignore it.
Some people today may claim to be starting a "new" movement of peace and love, but it is only old, Godless, new-age philosophy in new packaging.
Don't be decieved, peace may only be reached by following in the footsteps of its Creator.
If you ignore His existence you will never even really understand the meaning of what you speak when it comes to that area of discussion.
It is pointless and irrelevant to say you are "for" something while at the same time you deny it's very essence.
War and division are almost always essential in reaching real peace and unity.
Taking those out of the equation leads to complacency and silent destruction.
That is the true agenda of the peace movement, it honestly is a conspiracy.
This popular so-called "new" philosophy actually degrades the reality and existence of true love.
Positivity without reason or foundation is meaningless.

My answer to the Black Eyed Peas' question "Where is the love?" is this...
Love is everywhere God is recieved and nowhere He is not.

The Truth About Love

I read last night from a somewhat well known book called 'I kissed dating goodbye' Trying to reconstruct my sorry attempts at love. I was in the last pages of the book, and reading the painfully honest truth about what it takes to make it work in the real world. And I was left thinking "If this is
what love really is, maybe I don't even want it." And as I thought about it today, I realized more and more that the truth is, We really don't want it. I read the book and realized the sacrifice and
dedication involved in a marriage and I realized for the first time that love is not cute. Love is hardcore selflessness, sacrifice, and compromise.

I'll try to clear things up for you as best as I can. Jesus is the perfect example of love, but his experience on earth was in no way comparable to the romantic fantasy we view as modern love. Because Jesus loved us, he withstood our ridicule, he forgave our sins, he endured beatings, and he eventually died a very painful death after being betrayed. But today we look upon love and point out only what is accepted as pleasant, (though not nessicarily G rated.) As society often will. But thats really only a small peice of the pie, obviously alot of happiness came out of what Jesus has done for us, and surely the same should be true for us. But the difference is Jesus didn't come here so he could have the peace and joy and forgiveness, he came here so we could. So make sure your relationship priorities are focused 100% on the other person. When you chew on that enough and discover what that truely means, as I did while reading this book, I have little doubt you'll be thinking "If thats what marriage really is, I'm not so sure if I'm ready for it yet." And if thats not what you're thinking I suggest you go buy a ring. God help you son.

Murder & Mercy: The Easter Story

This week i was sitting at youth group spazzing out like a bum like usual...(jk)....anyway, the youth pastor asked what easter meant to each of us personally...

I replied simply with "Murder & Mercy".

A pre-arranged homicide, betrayal by a brother, a man arrested when He did no wrong.
Charged for crimes He never commited, beaten, tortured, torn & bleeding.
Hanging on a cross with nails through Him...

Punished for the sin of all mankind.

It is truly Murder & Mercy... the death of the one pure & spotless lamb for Gods mercy on the unworthy...and that's everyone! no matter what sins they have commited.

The easter weekend to me is the greatest tragedy and yet the greatest gain you could ever recieve.
The one perfect lamb died as a sacrifice so that we could all be made just as pure and perfect in the sight of God.
Don't deny the greatest love ever, don't deprive yourself of the greatest friend you could ever have.

The Example

Sometimes trying to be revoulutionary can lead to being just downright rebelious. We try so hard to be different from the stained glass crowd that we become angry and too judgemental of others. I learned that the hard way tonight. Me and JD quickly discovered that sometimes in trying to be unchristian-like, we forget to be Christ-like in the process. We become proud and feel like we have an advanced philosophy over others, and even if we do, we tend to try too hard to make a point, and end up taking unnessicary measures to receive attention, sometimes even going as far as subconciously bending the facts. The solution I offer to you is to remember to be Christ like. Study the bible, and study the way he responds to certain situations, and try to do the same in your own walk.

As you remember the example Jesus set on the cross this weekend, Instead of trying to avoid being "Christian-like" just Be Christ-like.

The Jones

I think you have to live what we live to fully understand what we go through, that's why most kids don't confide in their families anymore, because they see their parents as naive and ignorant to the crap we face on a day to day basis. And who can blame them? After all it was their parents who dumped them in daycare, pre school and elementary so mom could work and keep up with the Jones when she should have been at home raising her babies. (Not that I'm opposed to the career woman).

If we're willing to sell a child's God given potential for materialistic desires, what makes you think they won't follow suit?

If our wellbeing is not worth more then your image to you, then how should it be to us? Why do you think kids are more concerned with being "Cool" Then with being "Wise"? I mean, if their parents think a Benz is worth more then their kid, a kid is gonna think having sex is more important then their spiritual and physical health.

The Two Worlds

Have you ever thought about the possibility of another dimension? another world outside of our own?
The truth is, there are two worlds... both co-existing together, but not mutually interacting with eachother in entirety.

If you look back in history, the reason that both of these worlds were disconnected from eachother is that man disbelieved and disobeyed God, forcing Him to withdraw Himself and the spiritual world from man.

Because mankind turned his back on God, it put man and God at odds. God created man and loves man but because of mans stubborness to accept the reality of the other world (and Gods love) not many have regained the relationship man and God once had.
In reality, mankind as a whole has tried to forget about his past connection to God and the spiritual world.

As time has gone on, humans have withdrawn themselves from God more and more.
It isn't God who has chosen to not reveal Himself, it is mans stubborness that causes his inability to see Him.

God has revealed Himself in many ways in His creation, the way that creation is constructed and how it works.
If you really study science you will see that God reveals Himself in almost everything, His mark is everywhere and on everything.
Nothing can rightfully disprove the bible or the validity and truth of God.

Man is without excuse because all things show the glory of God, no matter how hard anyone tries to debate that fact, it remains a FACT.

But whats most important...One man made it possible for these worlds to connect once more.
So both God and man could interact and once again fellowship together.

That man is Jesus Christ, you can fight it all you want but the bible is clear that the only way to heaven is through Jesus' blood and in that blood we might be seen as pure and holy before God.

The Disease

Today i was thinking about why we have so many people treating themselves so poorly and basically, it's really because they don't realize where they really came from and why they matter.

Everyones so caught up in finding their worth material things, their popularity...the list goes on.
So they don't have anything to fall back on and end up feeling worthless with no firm foundation for their purpose to stand on.
If you don't have a real reason to believe you are worth anything of course you're gonna treat yourself like crap.

This is why i think parents and leaders really need to step up to let kids know about the person who really loves them more then anything and can make their life worth living.
Instead of teaching them they're all meaningless mistakes that formed from molecules.

Because we are really all formed in our mothers womb by the hands of God, He has known us before we were born and knows everything that will happen in our lives. We mean the world to Him.

It's really up to us to teach our kids but it's up to them also to recieve this knowledge and respect themselves.

So next time the evil spirits in this world or any human being tries to tell you that you are worthless, know that true and real worth is not found on earth but found in God.

That's my 2 cents, maybe even 2 billion dollars, depends on how much this post was "worth" to you ;) haha... yea, i know, corny joke :P

Keep in your word, because it's the only thing that is 100% true, all humans will lie to you sometime, God never will.

WAR IN!

The War

We don't realize it, but we live in the most war-torn nation on earth.

Our biggest enemy has come down upon our land and enslaved us. Forced our men to fight against themselves. Pimped our women as if they were whores and threw our childeren in prison. Still every day a few good people manage to escape this hell pit. They form underground movements and plan rebellions to overthrow the evil, and assemble the army which one day will rise up and set the believing free.

Believe it or not everything in this story is true. Satan has taken control over the world. He causes us to hate people over things such as money and race. He dictates the way our young girls act, and promises them love and acceptance for conforming to his evil. And our childeren are sent to prison where they are brainwashed in a simalar fashion, and taught to accept this outrage as their way of life.

However the second part of the story is also true, there are people who have been saved from this, and are now fighting against the enemy's minions in an attempt to free our people.

And Christ is preparing his forces for the final battle.

I am a christian. But I am no church boy, I'm a soldier, and no matter what society tells you about us, or what the rich selfish church folk tell you, this is REAL. we're not gonna sugar coat anything we say, we're gonna bring you the truth about issues the church won't even touch. In Matthew 10:34 Jesus Christ says He did not come to bring peace, but a sword.

So if you wanna ride with us, now is the time, cuz the king is coming back and he's bringing the hammer down.
